If you are not a current WVU student:

1. Download the professional development application.
2. Complete the form.
3. Find courses by searching the "930" professional development course listings.
4. Write a check payable to WVU or fill in credit card information.
5. Mail the form with check or credit card information to WVU Extended Learning, PO Box 6800, Morgantown, WV 26506, or fax with credit card information to 304-293-4899.
