What if I am not a WVU undergraduate student?
If you are from another college or just stepping in for one undergraduate course, you can enroll with a guest pass. E-mail exlearn@mail.wvu.edu to learn more about this quick and easy way to try a WVU course. How many hours do you have to carry to receive financial aid?
Determination of eligibility for financial aid is complex. A financial aid counselor can help you sort it all out. An essential requirement is admission to a degree program.

What is considered a full-time off-campus graduate student?
A graduate student is classified as full-time if enrolled for nine or more hours in the fall or spring semesters. Full-time status during summer term requires a total of six hours be taken during the summer sessions.

Do you offer financial aid?
There are loan programs available with the Gatlin Education Services courses. Please go to www.gatlineducation.com to learn more about these loan programs. Also accepted are checks from Employer Assistance Programs. Checks should be made out to West Virginia University. No other financial aid assistance or tuition waiver is accepted for non-credit courses.
