Financial Aid Office

Office of Disability Services
The Office of Disability Services is the central service that provides students with accommodations for disability needs at West Virginia University. Tuition/Fee Payments
Beginning summer 2007 term, WVU will no longer be sending out paper bills. This means that you will be responsible for checking your Mountaineer Information Xpress e-mail account for date-sensitive e-mails regarding upcoming tuition and fees and payment deadlines. You will also be responsible for checking your student account status on the STAR Information System to obtain the correct amount that you owe and to make payment prior to the due date in order to avoid late fees. Textbooks
Textbooks can be purchased at the WVU Bookstore. Textbooks for online courses can be purchased online at http://wvu.bncollege.com or by telephone at (304)293-7461.

WVU Help Desk
The WVU Help Desk provides students with technical assistance related to technology issues. Help Desk staff are available to assist you Monday - Thursday - 8:15 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday - 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday - 4:00 p.m. to midnight.
